Vielleicht jemand, der Tonnen von CP/M Software hatte, und von seinem
Osborne oder Kaypro auch spielen wollte. Und da gerade ein Neukauf
anstand, vereinte der C128 das Beste aus beiden Welten..

Ich sehe aber auch, dass der C128 eine Entschuldigung von Commodore war,
irgendwas Neues nach dem C64 zu haben. Glück für Commodore, dass der
Amiga wenig später "zugelaufen" kam. Andernfalls wäre Commodore
vielleicht schon 1987 pleite gewesen. Da hätte auch der C128 nichts
retten können.
