Totally irrelevant to the paper. Nobody cares.
Also your axioms are nonsense. Because propositionally 
in mathematical logic we have anyway:

They are both derivable in mathematical logic. 
But Mark Thakkar would deny this axiom, in his
philosophy of propositions:

ALL(a):[a in z => Rain(a) | ~Rain(a)] 

Because if a can take a future value, then we
don't have a truth value anymore. Mark Thakkar rejects
LEM for the future.
