Es gibt Methoden um allgemein guten Umgang zu fördern.
- Empathie ( Mitgefühl) was Gewalt hemmt.
   also statt smartphone zur Orientierung
   andere angenehm erleben.
- Wohlstand ( u.a. Kinderzahl und Konsumbeschränkung )
   um Not zu vermeiden
- sachliche Erwägung, das Kooperation nützlicher als Konfrontation ist.
- gegenseitige ungezwungene Hilfe
- schimpfen auf Verhaltet statt auf Personen.
- Humor

Und es gibt Methoden um guten Umgang zu reduzieren:
- in die Enge treiben
- Hetze, Schuldzuweisung gegen Fremdes
- Provozieren durch Schimpfwörter
- Konsumwerbung
- Hackordnung, z.B. ich habe etwas Besseres.

Solange denen Macht wichtiger ist als ungezwungene
persönliche Umgangsformen.

Echte Demokratien führen kaum Kriege gegeneinander.
Für Diktaturen ist Krieg ein Mittel zur Erweiterung
ihrer Macht, und/oder um um per Solidarität Macht Zuwachs zu gewinnen.
Erkennung u.a. an Personenkult, Schuldzuweisung,
  Gewisse Art von Drohungen

Die Forderung "Liebe Deinen Nächsten wie die selber"
führte nach ein paar Modifikationen zur Verwendung von Scheiterhaufen.

Da gibt es aktuell Unterstützung von kriminellen Vereinigungen
durch asoziale Netzwerke.

Nach etwas Verdummung wird das auch anders verwendet.
Beispiele: Iran und Indien.
