Wohl kaum aus dem Mikro. War nicht der Klassiker die Schaltung mit dem AM7910? 
Alternativ kann ich mich an NE567 im Empfangszweig erinnern, in der Funkschau 
war da mal ein Beitrag "für private Telefonanlagen".
