Sieht mir sehr aus wie die billigen die auch auf Maxens Resterampe verfügbar 
sind mit nachgeschaltetem Transistor. Die funktionieren durchaus, werfen aber 
jede Menge Störspikes am Ausgang heraus (der Ausgang des IC ist sehr 
schwachbrüstig, laut DaBla nur einige µA). Ich habe die mittels RC-Glied 
deutlichst bedämpft.
