Two very big things wrong with that idea.

I don't do any EDITING, I just fill in some forms, using a completely 
FREE version of "Reader."

And, the State of New York isn't REQUIRING that I use a paper form at 
all. In fact, they encourage you to file online, for free, making you 
jump through several hoops before you get to the download of the paper 
form at all.
