Everyone who implements a Forth makes slightly different choices about which are "primitives" (i.e., implemented in Assembler, C, or whatever), and pretty much everyone also has a few "helper" words or macros that don't map directly to CORE words. So, I find it a little silly to try to be a purist about defining a processor with an instruction set that is either "all Forth primitives" or "solely Forth primitives." Either (should it exist) might likely not be the most efficient platform for a Forth, but at best an academic exercise.
