Sarcastic answer: never.
Why?  It doesn't exist yet, and _you_ desire it...

Pragmatic answer: never.
Why?  Firefox already exists.  Use it.

Real answer: it could happen, but it's unlikely to ever happen in
your lifetime.  If it does perchance happen, be glad.
Why?  Forth is not a popular programming language.  And, you're
the only one interested in having a Forth PC with a Firefox like
browser out of all these Forth programmers here.  So, you simply
don't have enough man-hours by yourself to program this.
