O.K., My phone is, supposedly, connected to my Computer via Bluetooth. 
The 'DESKTOP2' shows up on the phone.

On the Computer, in File Explorer, I see the normal stuff, (Windows C:, 
Store'N'Go' USB stick, and Network). Selecting Network yields Mobile 
Devices (Archer_VR1600v) and Network Infrastructure (Archer_VR1600v) 
.... which I think is the Wi-Fi connected Modem (Why twice???)

And that's it. If I turn off the Mobile phones Bluetooth, nothing 
changes on the Win 11 Computer. ;-(

Does this mean I haven't really got Bluetooth set-up on the Computer
