Thanks to the advice here, I now have my "Aspera Jazz 2" mobile phone 
showing as a Connected device under "Bluetooth & devices" on my Win 11 
Desktop .... and, on my "Aspera Jazz 2" mobile phone, I can see 
"DESKTOP2" on my mobile phone (I don't know where DESKTOP1 is. ;-P Not me!!)

How do I now use this connection to 'send' files/photos from the phone 
to the Desktop?? And/or vice versa??
