AFAIK, you should *not* use the 'Bluetooth Personal Area Network' functionality. That's yet another function. As I said, I couldn't get the (Bluetooth) Android to Windows connection to work either. I think you should try the Quick Share method I mentioned. And, as said, on the Windows side, use the Windows program (.exe) (from Google), because that's the one I use [3].
