Schöffe in Moabit war ich ja mal, habe hier berichtet. Sie können es aber gut in der Praxis ohne die Befürchtung, selber je zur Rechenschaft gezogen zu werden. OhHoHo, die Justiz is unabhängig. Und ich habe in Berlin >10 Jahre mit dem direkten Blick auf den Volksgerichtshof gewohnt. Zumindest auf das Dach. U-Bahn Kleistpark. Als wir unseren Segelflugplatz nordwestlich von Berlin errichten wollten, hatten wir genug Gelegenheit, bei Gemeinderatssitzungen die Klinken zu putzen. Und da wurde genug Klartext geredet. Ja, diese Investitionen sind eigentlich zu groß für uns. Aber in 3 Wochen bekommen wir das 2. Blitzerauto, und das wirft $xx.xxx im Monat ab, das sehen wir schon beim ersten.... Und die Justiz wird die Hure der Wertschöpfung. Soll ich den Ortsnamen nennen? "Angepasste" Fahrweise? ROTFL. Eigentlich nicht erwünscht. Der, der/die/whatever _dort_ überfahren wird, der/die/whatever ist noch flüssig. Gerhard
