So, und jetzt der wesentliche Teil, von dem es ausging: Das Foto ist beweiskräftig ohne menschlichen Zeugen der Erstellung Fotos. Im Meßprotokoll bestätigt der Prüf-Ingenieur, daß die Meßapparatur hinreichend genau mißt. Er bezeugt nicht, wer in dem zu schnell gefahrenen Auto am Steuer saß. Diese Beweiskraft kommt dem automatisch ohne Zeugen geknipsten Foto zu. Das Foto wird vor Gericht als Beweismittel anerkannt. Jedes Jahr paar tausend Mal. Ein Einspruch hilft nicht, wenn das Bild gut gelungen ist. Richter können gut urteilen.
