Der Klassiker ist: Falsches Fahrzeug geblitzt. Der Anwalt wird immer nachforschen, ob eine Ausschnittsvergrößerung vorliegt, auf dem eigentlichen Bild zwei Fahrzeuge sind. Weiterhin kann man gut geblitzt werden, wenn die Anlage noch eingestellt wird; bei mindestens einem Anlagentyp werden zu Anfang Kalibrierungsfotos gemacht - und zwar von allen, die so vorbeikommen. Selten kommt auch vor, dass die Geschwindigkeitsschranke falsch eingestellt wurde. Also mit 67 geblitzt, da sei 50. Moooment mal, da ist doch 70? Ja, da ist 70. Am Rande: Hier gibt es einen kommunalen Blitzer, fest verbaut in PKW; der wird wochenweise von einer Firma gemietet. Diese Firma macht da alles. Bis auf: Da muss immer ein Beamter dabei sei, der seine segnenden Hände ... Dein Zeuge.
