Nur das Foto hat die Beweiskraft. Ohne das Foto zahlt niemand. Kein Foto- keine Strafe. Egal wieviele Messprotokolle und Gerätegenehmigungen unterschrieben wurden. Erst das Frontfoto des Fahrers bringt die Sache zu Beweis. Mathematiker nennen das „notwendig, aber nicht hinreichend." Das Foto ist nicht alles, aber ohne das Foto ist alles andere nichts. -- please forgive my iPhone typos
