As of C2011, alignment requirements are now required to be powers of 2.
The committee made that decision because they couldn't find any examples
of platforms for which that wasn't the case. Therefore, my lovely
examples using types with mutually prime alignment requirements are no
longer valid. More importantly, the issue probably never actually came
up even when such an implementation would have been conforming.
