As with all Linux/Unix tools, you use many small tools to build a big
system. If you want to invite someone, you can always send them and
email. Besides it sounded to me like he really wanted this for his own
use, not for distributing stuff to a huge crown of people. I guess the
subtext was to try to find out what it was that he really wanted. It
sounded like he had found a "solution" (cloud something or another) to
an ill defined problem he had. Without a clear view of the problem,
finding the best solution is hopeless.

You know this how? Yes, he talks about "cloud" but that is not problem.
It is a solution. I would like to know what problem it is he wants to
solve first.
