  Thanks for that!

  The bastards! Each and every one of these updates was listed as

"Update for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB...)"

by Windows Update. So that means you'll have to go to each and every one
of the KB articles to see what stunt Microsoft is pulling this time!

  BTW, does anyone know what the 'çonsent.exe' program does, which is
mentioned in KB 3075249?

<https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3075249/update-that-adds-telemetry-points-to-consent-exe-in-windows-8-1-and-wi>

"This article describes an update that adds telemetry points to
 consent.exe in Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2,
 Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1), and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1."
