However, physicists like Selleri and, above all, like Lorentz, believed in the existence of aether, ie of a preferred frame. So believing in the existence of a preferred frame, is not like believing in the existence of heaven and hell. So it would not be a mortal sin for physics, to hypothesize that the preferred frame exists. And so it would not be a mortal sin for physics, even hypothesize that the CMBR reference frame could be such preferred frame. It's right? Dino Bruniera
