[reactive oxygen species] production are found to be similar to mice,
antioxidant defenses unexceptional, and even under constitutive
conditions, naked mole-rats combine a pro-oxidant intracellular milieu
with high, steady state levels of oxidative damage. Clearly, naked
mole-rats can tolerate this level of oxidative stress and must have
mechanisms in place to prevent its translation into potentially lethal
diseases."

In other words, naked mole rats have as much oxygen-related stress as
mice, but unlike mice, they can deal with it.

You should quit making up crap and pretending it's true.

Yet sedentary people tend to live shorter lives than those who exercise
regularly.

And my ancestors had to deal with diseases now rare, famines, hungry
sabre-toothed tigers, mean slavemasters, more injuries from farming/
hunting, no doctors (or doctors who believed in such things as
bloodletting) etc. etc. so of course they lived shorter lives.

So if you are worried about oxygen killing you, eat your antioxidant
loaded fruits and veggies and get enough Vitamins C and E.
