Aber _wir_ werden auf Dauer daran nichts ändern, es sei denn wir annektieren das Land und führen eine ewig dauernde Ausgangssperre ein. Zudem kommt jedes Eingreifen in solchen Fällen regelmäßig erst dann, wenn das Schlimmste schon vorbei ist, warum?? Und am Schluß (oder vielleicht besser am Anfang) sollte viel öfter die Frage geklärt werden, wie es dazu kam, was die Ursache war, daß Volksgruppen, die über unbekannte Zeiträume mehr oder weniger friedlich koexistiert haben, plötzlich so brutal aufeinander losgehen. Ich meine damit nicht die direkte, vordergründige Ursache, daß jemand jemanden geohrfeigt hat oder bei einer Versammlung irgendwas gesagt hat, sondern die tieferliegende eigentliche Ursache. Und wenn dabei herauskommt, daß unsere Interessen wieder mal im Spiel waren, sind wir wieder am Ausgangspunkt. >
