Offensichtlich können die nicht logisch denken, Boolsche Algebra überfordert die von Anfang an. Ich kriege z.B. von denen "elektronische" Fragebögen, was mit möglicherweise stillgelegten PCs, welche möglicherweise noch am Netz hängen, und die möglicherweise von mir betreut werden, passieren soll. Die MC-Liste ist so strukturiert, dass so ziemlich alle realistischen Fälle Null oder mehrere Ankreuzungen benötigen würden. Früher habe ich mich noch über "dünne" Fehlerbeschriebe geärgert, heute finde ich, dass es letztendlich besser ist, wenn der Patient mit der umfangreichen und detaillierten Diagnose "geht nicht mehr", zusammen mit der erschöpfenden Anamnese "neulich gings noch" reinkommt. -- mfg Rolf Bombach
