We agree. The dependency is not on time, but on temperature /strain and 
gravity. He used malleable Iron girders, instead of something with rigid 
crystal structure, as ceramics or stones. I don't need to read the paper, 
is clear already. I wonder how he could allow himself coming out saying 
this and that, without thinking on things which were obvious before the 
start of the "experiment".
