This is the problem.  3 different columns, some containing data and some 
not.  850 entries (I guess I got rid of a lot of them a couple of months 
ago, and I need to get rid of more).  NOT going to edit each one.

I exported the whole thing .csv and opened it with libreoffice.  Deleted 
all columns except display name and email address.  Exported that to a 
.csv file, which ended up with all the email addresses, but 200 entries 
with no name at all.  Trial and error, took about 15 minutes.  I could 
suck that into a multi-column document, but before I print that (to fold 
and keep in my wallet, along with my hand-compiled list of phone 
numbers) I want to get rid of the losers.  Maybe next week.

I still don't know the answer...
