The problem is names.  Most of the entries were collected from email 
that I answered, and people use various formats for their names.  There 
are several 'name' fields so I have to integrate them into one EACH TIME 
I run a list.

I can SEE the addressbook with only the 'name' (apparently TB does 
something magical) and 'email address' fields, why can't I export ONLY 
those?

What idiot wants to print his addressbook with 6 or 7 entries per page?
