I don't 'do' speadsheets myself, but isn't it trivial for a spreadsheet program to convert a CSV (or tabSV) file to a CSV/tabSV/ <whatever> text file in the desired format? Or you could export-import TB's addressbook to Windows Live Mail and export-import it back to TB in the desired format! (Just kidding!) [...]
