Do you have them already in Google Contacts????

The 'contacts' app on my android phone has an export function and it exports to my sd card as a VCF file.   VCF is quite 
popular with MS Outlook, and android 'contacts' app will also import that vcf file.

I don't use or have access to anything apple to verify this on iOS.
