This program assumes that an array type cannot have a stricter
required alignment than its element type. I haven't been able to
prove that from the standard. The program would have undefined
behavior on an implementation on which int[2] has a stricter
alignment requirement than int. (I would expect this program to
behave as expected under any "reasonable" implementation.)
