Yes, I'd seen that but on my system it failed with "The procedure entry 
point _mkgmtime32 could not be located in the dynamic link library 
msvcrt.dll".

Still, I'm pleased to report that I'm sending this from a Win 10 32bit 
VM and I am successfully both sending and receiving email. I still need 
to get used to the differences caused by Win10. - I've got the menus 
back but I'd like the icons as well if poss.
