I assume this is normal - note for the next connection it's changed to 
1069

...and it continues to increment at each attempted connection.

Anyway, the problem seems to be because I'm using an old version of 
stunnel, and that is because I'm running TP on an XP VM. I think I'm 
going to need to set up a Win10 32bit VM instead, so that I can use a 
later version of stunnel.

Thanks, John, for looking at this - I'll report back when the Win10 VM 
is up and running TP successfully.
