Wo hast Du denn das Geruecht her? Der Enron Skandal ist heute noch bei
den entsprechenden Behoerden in Arbeit. Im April dieses (!) Jahres wurde
ein spanisches Energieunternehmen erwischt, das kraeftig dabei mitmischte:

Was bei der Clinton-Lewinsky Affaere auf Hochtouren lief, war die
Boulevardpresse. Bei der Affaere sind die Behoerdenakten schon ewig
zugeklappt, bei der Enron Affaere nicht.

Das ist es nicht, was solchen Firmen den hauptsaechlichen Auftrieb gab.
Der Hautpgrund ist, dass es auf der Welt kaum PCs gibt, wo nicht
irgendein Intel Chip drin ist und die Mehrzahl Prozessoren von denen
beinhalten. Da hat Shockley nichts von blockiert.

Du schriebst "Wirtschaftsmacht hat sich immer gegen Innovation
durchgesetzt" und das habe ich nie erlebt. Innerhalb einer Grossfirma
schon, weshalb ich bei keiner arbeiten wollte. Doch bewusste Angriffe
auf die innovationen unserer kleinen Firmen gab es nicht. Wir haben mit
einer Firma sogar den Platzhirschen (HP) von der Wiese gejagt und der
Kampf auf beiden Seiten war fair. Niemand hatte heimlich ein Messer
gezueckt.
