Das soll keine Selbstbeweihraeucherung sein, nur ein klassisches Beispiel, wie es geht: Ende der 90er uebernahm ich die Leitung der Imaging Division einer Medizintechnik Firma (Endosonics). Es ging der Firma zu der Zeit nicht gut, fast jedes Quartal Verluste und IMO weit zuviel Handarbeit in der Produktion. Also heuerte ich nach einigen anderen Umkrempelungen einen Produktionsleiter plus einige weitere Fachkraefte aus der Luftfahrtindustrie. Viele der fuehrenden Leute waren entsetzt "Aber die haben doch keinerlei Medizintechnikerfahrung!". Gemeinsam automatisierten wird die Produktion bis fast Oberkante Unterlippe. Das lief nun wie bei der Fertigung von Passagiermaschinen. Anfangs waren die Arbeiter sehr nervoes darueber. Ich hielt engen Kontakt zu ihnen und sagte immer wieder, dass sie lediglich lernbereit sein muessen, was Computer, Maschinen und dergleichen angeht. Im Gegenzug wuerden sie danach mehr verdienen. Im Ergebnis produzierten wir wieder profitabel, der Aktienkurs stieg, die Stueckzahl ging drastisch rauf, immer mehr Krankenhaeuser benutzten unsere nun bezahlbare Technik (die senkt das Komplikations- und Sterberisiko bei Cardio-Behandlungen) und die Zahl der Jobs ging deutlich nach oben. Ach so, dann fuehrten wir noch eine Beteiligung ueber Aktienoption fuer jeden Mitarbeiter ein, nicht nur fuer Ingenieure und aufwaerts, wie das bei anderen Firmen ueblich ist. Wer wollte, konnte darueber hinaus noch weitere Aktien zum Vorzugspreis erwerben. Auch unterstuetzten wir es finanziell, wenn jemand ueber die Erwachsenenbildung (Abendstudium) einen Ingenieurabschluss anstrebte. -- Gruesse, Joerg http://www.analogconsultants.com/
