Just use the server, with no UserName/PassWord specified;
like FireFox, ThunderBird will prompt you for it;
also, it asks you if you want ThunderBird to remember it.
ThunderBird and FireFox are ultra similar;
learn how to configure one, and you know how to configure the other.
