None of the newsgroups that I had to crosspost to (because others did, and there were no more than three newsgroups) or set Followup-To is moderated (the newsgroup Followup-To was set to would be irrelevant anyway; it is the person following the Followup-To that would be responsible for adhering to a moderated newsgroup’s rules).
