Once a star's pipeline is disconnected...they run out of hydrogen.

They need to be connected to the pipeline to have more hydrogen and
helium.


In other words...stars get their energy from outside sources.


The Starmaker


A movie star doesn't become a star or a major star without a source of
energy from outside itself.

In celestrial worlds, the principles are the same.
