Deutet auf defekte Heizschlange hin. Gibt es mit positivem wie negativem 
Temperaturgradienten. Manchmal auch als galvanisches Element bei 
Feutigkeitseinbruch. Trenntrafo für die Leistung ist eher nicht 
vorhanden, vermute ich (meiner kann auch nur 6A)?
Mein russischer Samowar von 197x hat auch leichten Fluß von Heizschlange 
zu PE. Aber noch im Rahmen, FI fliegt nicht.
