Wir haben uns gestern an den Tefal-Du-denkst-an-alles-Raclette-Grill (der
Bauform nach zu urteilen ein Vorgänger von [1]) gewagt, den ich nach
wenigen, sporadischen Einsätzen anno 2013 wegen unzulässig hohem
Schutzleiterstrom reklamiert und gratis "repariert" bekam. Die Reklamation
deswegen, weil ich als Nutzer doch wohl schon hoffen darf, das
neuerworbene Teil mehr als 5x einzusetzen, bevor der FI fliegt. Nun, die
Tefal-Ersatzteile (wenn der Mechaniker da nicht einfach mit dem Hammer
gegengeklopft hat) sind offenbar von reproduzierbarer Qualität. Denn
gestern, anno 2017 standen wir nach geschätzt weiteren 5 Anwendungen und
einer kurzen Aufheizphase wieder im Dunklen.

Eine schöne Bescherung!

Hätte uns die Nachbarin über uns nicht mit ihrem 1.4 kW Steba vom billigen
Hansi ausgeholfen, würde ich den Abend am Herd vor der Bratpfanne
verbracht haben.

Kurze Messung im Heißzustand mit dem Multimeter lieferte beachtliche 300
Ohm zwischen Schutzleiter und Phase. Heute habe ich das Teil zerlegt
(immerhin reguläre Torxschrauben und nicht irgendwelche nervigen Versionen
zur Manipulationserschwerung). Außer der Heizschlange selbst, ein paar
silikonummantelten Litzen, einem einpoligen Schalter und einem
Warmgeräteanschluß gabs da nichts weiter zu sehen.

Zwischen Außenhülle der Heizschlange und Steckzunge(n) zum Anschluß hatte
es jetzt ~10 kOhm (Tendenz leicht steigend, mit irgendwas um 100 Ohm/s),
der Widerstand der Heizschlange selbst betrug wenige Ohm.

Schon merkwürdig. Ich denke, da ist irgendwas in der Heizschlange faul,
Totalschaden. Eure kundige Meinung?
