Wir haben ein Raclette von Swissmar mit mechanischem Regler, der fast 
geraeuschlos ist. Noch ein zweites in Reserve, um das Problem von Volker 
notfalls abzufangen, da es hier keine Nachbarn gibt, die Raclette 
ueberhaupt kennen (ausser von Abenden bei uns).

So aehnlich, aber mit Regler, kann ich nur empfehlen:

Damit kann man sich zwischendurch ein duennes Steak brutzeln. Die hatten 
mal ein Problem mit der Beschichtung der Butzelplatte und selbst nach 
vielen Jahren haben sie uns ohne Murren kostenlos eine neue geschickt, 
ohne Kaufbeleg raussuchen oder so.

Swissmar hat das geschafft. It's not Rocket Science, einfacher Bimetall 
mit Drehknopf unter der Platte, wo man die Pfaennchen reinstellt. 
Elektronik wollte ich in so etwas definitiv nicht haben.

Ganz stilecht wuerde man das ganze natuerlich ueber Holzkohlefeuer unter 
einem Kochalkoven machen.

Warum bekomme ich jetzt wieder Kohldampf?
