Frage mal bei Sick nach, was die Dinge kosten. Leider muß man sich 
anmelden, um die Preise zu erfahren. 20µm Auflösung sind, denke ich, ok. 
Allerdings bekommt man sie nur bei "kooperativen" Oberflächen, da hast 
du aber Reserve zu deinen 100µm. Ich habe mich eine Zeitlang beschäftigt 
mit Höhenvermessungen von verschiedenen Objekten mittels Triangulation 
und manche Oberflächen waren ziemlich zäh. Manchmal hilft eine andere 
Lichtquelle (statt IR zB. rot, grün oder sogar weiß), manchmal hilft nur 
power. Versuche mal eine Solarzelle per Licht zu scannen :-).
