Normalerweise sollten nur diejenigen interessiert sein, die an einer Lehraufgabe auch echtes Interesse haben. Kein monetaeres, sondern ideelles, plus das noetige Talent. Ich kam da nicht rein, mangels Promotion, "Teaching Credentials" und so. Da haette ich weit weniger verdient als mit Consulting Assignments, es war rein ideelles Interesse. In Sachen Standesduenkel und Gewerkschaftsprotektion sind hiesige Lehranstalten reichlich albern. Denn: Wer bringt Studenten z.B. mal so richtig bei, mit welchen Finten man bei der EMV oder beim Schaltregler-Design rechnen muss und wie man damit umgeht? Nachdem was ich inzwischen an Abgaengern sehen, keiner. Aeltere Ingenieure moechten endlich mal wenigstens teilweise in Richtung Ruhestand, also muss die naechste Generation uebernehmen.
