Als Eigentuemer hast Du das Risiko nicht, ausser wenn man sich schwer verkalkuliert und die Hypotheken nicht mehr stemmen kann, aber das ist das gleiche, wie wenn man die Miete nicht mehr zusammenbraechte. Summa summarum, als Eigentuemer lebt es sich in dieser Hinsicht stressaermer. Auch in anderen Hinsichten wie etwa durch den Vermieter verschleppten Reparaturbedarf.
