Einer der Gruende, warum ich auswanderte, war die Verfuegbarkeit und vor allem die Legalitaet von Venture Capital in den USA. In Deutschland wurde mir von Bankern gesagt, sie duerften das gar nicht. Einer sagte mir sogar im Vertrauen, dass sie deshalb eine Gesellschaft in den USA haetten. Moeglicherweise hat sich das in den letzten 20 Jahren geaendert, ich lasse mich gern belehren. Damit meine ich nicht irgendwelche aus Steuermitteln gefoerderten Uni-Inkubatoren, sondern wirklich volles privates Risikokapital. Welches man auch bekommen kann, wenn man kein Uni-Diplom oder Doktortitel hat. Ohne VC wuerde sehr vieles hier gar nicht laufen. Jemand, der eine gute Idee hat, aber nicht aus einer Familie wie Rockefeller kommt, kann ohne VC nicht durchstarten. Allein dadurch ist die Chance fuer "den kleinen Mann" hoeher als in Laendern, wo es wenig oder gar kein VC gibt. Beim Hochziehen eines Start-up war ich mittlerweile zweimal aktiv dabei, plus rund ein dutzend Mal als nicht finanziell beteiligter Consultant, kann da also mitreden. -- Gruesse, Joerg http://www.analogconsultants.com/
