Zumindest in meinem Fachbereich (HF und analoge Schaltungstechnik) herrscht heute beinahe das Schlaraffenland. Die nachwachsende Generation ist elektronikgesaettigt, bekam alles gekauft, hat nie gross gebastelt und verfuegt daher im Durchschnitt ueber weit weniger Praxisahnung als der Durchschnitt vor 30 Jahren. Unis bekommen das nicht mehr recht auf die Reihe, Labors wurde zurueckgefahren, in manchen Gegenden die Praktika abgeschafft, Diplomarbeiten werden oft zu Duennbrettbohrereien. Alles Fehlentscheidungen mit Konsequenzen, die ich regelmaessig sehe. Im Resultat habe ich heute noch weniger Konkurrenz als frueher, und damals war das schon wenig. Wenn ich derzeit nicht kraeftig am Bremshebel ziehen wuerde, koennte ich mit 80 noch bei gutem Verdienst voll arbeiten. Moechte ich jedoch nicht. -- Gruesse, Joerg http://www.analogconsultants.com/
