Der Temperaturkoeffizient einer LED ist sicher nicht genau gleich dem 
einer BE-Strecke (nicht einmal zwei Transistoren sind *genau* 
gleich) -- er kommt ihm aber *sehr* viel näher als zwei oder gar drei 
Diodenstrecken in Reihe.
