I was responding to your continued assertion that it's just your email
address that's being blocked.  It won't be, it will be a whole bunch of IP
addresses.

I do understand that, and I agree that it's not clear why this is happening.

I think it would be useful if you sent some test emails to some of the
people in this discussion, eg me.   Test mails that you send to yourself are
passing through Purley's machines both as they are being sent & received and
that's certainly confusing things. 

I would like to see a one line plain text email sent from your laptop using
OE, and something similar sent from Pluto.  According to an earlier email
you wrote in this thread only the Pluto mails are being tagged as spam - and
that makes little sense in terms of an IP address on a block list.

When you use Pluto, is that running on a real RO machine, or under VRPC on
the same laptop as you run OE on?

If you do send me test mails, please observe the instruction in my
signature.  Please also send test mails to another of my email addresses
(hosted elsewhere and therefore subject to different incoming spam
assessment processing) at:
jn.wb.gpn.!!!!@letterboxes.org  - replacing "!!!!" by "0136".

Although it's little help in this matter, I think you cannot be reponsible
for how other people choose to set up their incoming mail filters.  

Personally I would not filter anything based on "spam" being in the subject,
but would be looking for the headers inside a mail placed there by /my/ mail
provider showing the scores they applied to a mail.  Mails sometimes contain
spam check headers from multiple stages in their processing.
