The killer parts of this seem to be:

RCVD_IN_BRBL_LASTEXT 1.45,
   and
RCVD_IN_PBL 3.33

which together account for a spam score of 4.78, almost
enough to reach the threshhold of 5, which triggers the
{Spam?} tag.

I may be totally misunderstanding things here, but from a
brief reading of those two pages, it appears that your IP
address has got itself onto a couple of blacklists?

Why not try sending yourself some other e-mails, and see
what parameters the server applies to those functions?

Do you have to send via Purley Hosting? They do not supply
ADSL (unless things have changed recently), so presumably
you have access to another SMTP server?

I sometimes send e-mail myself via Purley Hosting, but have
not had this problem (as far as I can tell - perhaps I
should try a couple of these tests myself!)

And maybe another chat with Neil Spellings is called for?
