But not just you.  Millions of people get bucketloads of spam.  There's
nothing I've read here that suggests you've been specifically targeted.

The /ip address/ that's on the block lists is unlikely to be there just by
itself; it's more likely that a range of addresses, all owned by your ISP,
or the provider they use, or the provider they in turn use (etc) will have
been blocked because of the activities of a spammer using an address in the
same block of addresses.

It's as if you live at 32 Xyz Street, PQR Town, ABC Shire.... and someone
has decided that everyone living in that town or shire is a scumbag, because
someone reported that one other individual living there was.
