I think it's much more than not understanding how text-based Usenet
is supposed to work. My personal opinion is that he has some form of
antisocial personality disorder, that is, he doesn't care about the wants
or needs of others. Everything should be his way and everyone else needs
needs to change to his way, never the other way around. But I am not
a psychiatrist, just a kookwatcher, so take this with a railcar full of
salt.
Eternal-September is an example of old-time Usenet semi-anarchy. "My
server, my rules". HTML Usenet is against E-S's owner's rules. Don't
like it, go somewhere else. Relf is already somewhere else, he just
needs to quit whining about E-S.
