A cousin who spent his entire life there save a few visits to family abroad complained to me about the signs. I pointed out that the future of his nation depends economically on expatriates (like me) and their descendants visiting and they mostly cannot read and write the language of their familial origin even if they speak it or some variant which many do not. It appears you're an armchair expert on many topics for which you have no actual knowledge. Arguing about such topics will eventually educate you about them.
