Ich hatte das Gegenteil geschrieben:

"Die Zeitdilatation einer bewegten Uhr hängt
ab von ihrer Relativgeschwindigkeit zu den Mess-Uhren, mit denen ihr
Gang beurteilt wird. Folglich wird in den Bezugssystemen 'Plattform-
system' und 'Bahnsteigsystem' der Gang der U2 verschieden gemessen:
* Im Plattformsystem wird eine Zeitdilatation festgestellt, die sich
aufgrund der Bewegung von U2 mit konstanter Kreisbahngeschwindigkeit
v_U ergibt;
* im 'Bahnsteigsystem' wird eine Zeitdilatation festgestellt, die sich
aufgrund der Bewegung der U2 mit zeitlich veränderlicher Bahn-

Bezugssystem gleich erscheinen lassen soll, gibt es nicht:
* In der SRT kommt 'die Erde' überhaupt nicht vor, denn die SRT ist
eine Theorie ohne Gravitation. Daher ist der von der SRT
beschriebene Anteil der Zeitdilatation einer Uhr mit ihrer Bewegung
relativ zu Mess-Uhren verbunden.
* Wenn die Erde in Betracht gezogen werden soll, ist die ART zu
verwenden - und da ergibt sich ein weiterer Anteil der Zeitdilata-
tion einer Uhr, der nicht von ihrer Bewegung abhängt, sondern von
ihrer Höhe über Erdboden."

Also hängt es sehr wohl vom BS - d.h. von der Relativgeschwindigkeit
eines messenden Beobachters zur beobachteten Uhr - ab, welche
Zeitdilatation der Uhr festgestellt wird. Das ist eigentlich auch
leicht zu verstehen: Unterschiedlich schnell bewegte Mess-Uhren, die
ein und dieselbe Uhr auf ihren Gang untersuchen, gehen aufgrund ihrer
unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten unterschiedlich schnell. Das
schlägt sich natürlich im Mess-Ergebnis - dem gemessenen Gang der
untersuchten Uhr - nieder.
Was nicht beeinflusst wird, sind die physikalischen Abläufe in der Uhr
- z.B. Strahlungsübergänge von Atomen in Atom-Uhren.
